Most projects are completed in 1–2 days with minimal disruption. There’s no tear-off or heavy equipment, so we’re in and out fast—saving you time and hassle.
2. Will it work for my roof type?
Yes! Our coating system is designed for all major flat and low-slope roofs—including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, PVC, and metal. We tailor each application to match your roof’s condition and material.
3. What if my roof is leaking right now?
No problem. Our system is made to seal active leaks immediately. In most cases, we can stop the leak during the prep process and apply a permanent waterproof coating the same day.
4. How long does coating last?
Our system is guaranteed for 20 years—but many roofs last even longer with basic maintenance. Unlike traditional roofs, you can re-coat every 15–20 years for lifetime protection without ever replacing.
